A choice of 14 apartment types | On the 2nd to 7th floors of the VoltaCenter, 74 bright, modern rental apartments ranging from 64 to 127 square metres in living area are taking shape. Among the 14 totally different apartment types, tenants can choose from 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments. Available for occupation from 1 February 2010.

Individual floor plans | The VoltaCenter apartments break away from conventional, rectangular geometry and feature oblique corners instead. This results in unusual floor plans that lend themselves to the most varied living arrangements thanks to their great individuality. The various floor plans are available in the apartment list below for downloading as PDF files.

Bright and spacious | Thanks to the two spacious inner courtyards, the apartments receive plenty of light from different directions, ensuring a bright living atmosphere. The covered loggias which are arranged in such a way as to visually blend into the living area, provide additional brightness and create a link to the outside world. The sense of spaciousness is further enhanced by the fluid transition from the kitchen to the living area.
